Our Little Homestead
In 2021 we began our journey to shift directions in life and leave the hustle and bustle of the city. We moved our family to a 10 acre property in rural Missouri and started the process of transforming it into a small farm. We always had a love for animals and it wasn't long before we had our own little homestead, or "zoo" as our children call it. As part of our search for a simpler way of life, we explored how to use all of the natural resources provided to us on our farm. For years I had struggled with various problems associated with an autoimmune disorder, including skin sensitivities and hair loss. I was desperate to find something that would help alleviate these symptoms and had heard about the benefits of goat milk. Since we had an abundance of goat milk, we started exploring ways to create natural products that might offer some relief. While conducting research, we were shocked to discover that the commercial products we had been using were filled with chemicals and detergents that are harsh on skin and hair. That only increased our dedication to finding alternatives that would be healthier for us and our children. Although we started with soap, we quickly expanded into a full line of products. We then started to share some of our products with friends and family who noticed an immediate difference in the way their skin and hair felt. The rest is history...we love these products so much that we had to share them with others. We hope you find them to be as beneficial as we did for our family.
